Returns and exchanges. I will accept returns if you contact me within a week of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery. I'm willing to make an exchange only if there is a similar item in stock. I do not accept returns of custom orders.
Please return the item (insurance recommended) at your expense in the same condition in which you received it and please notify me at [email protected] as soon as possible that it's coming.
Shipping. Items are shipped within 1 to 5 days of receiving payment. If you have special shipping needs, including international shipping, please email [email protected].
Damage in shipping. If an item is damaged in shipping, please email [email protected] right away to let me know. The USPS or other carrier will often require photos of the breakage and the packaging for a claim. I'll do my best to get you a full refund asap.
